2. How do I get started with Contest Master?

   Getting started is easy! Simply create an account on our website, and from the Contest page, you can begin setting up your first Contest as an Administrator or joining an already setup Contest as a Competitor. Our step-by-step guide will walk you through the entire setup process.

3. Can I run a BJCP (Beer Judge Certification Program) competition?

   We at ContestMaster are thrilled to unveil our partnership with the Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP), a globally recognized authority in the certification of beer and related fermented product judges. To utilize the BJCP-related settings and functionalities of our platform, we advise you to initiate the registration process with the BJCP. Please follow the link provided to proceed with the registration. We utilise the logos, reporting and guidelines of the Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP) with their explicit permission. 5. Is there a fee to use ContestMaster?

   At CONTEST MASTER, our pricing model is straightforward, catering to both Contest Administrators and Competitors by enabling you to define your own fee structure, including per-Competitor and per-Entry Fees. We apply a modest Activation Fee for each contest, alongside a Licensing Fee, which is waived for non-profits to foster their participation. By Subscribing, you access discounted rates for both Contest Activation and Licensing Fees. Setting up your Contest is free, and upon settling Activation Fees, your Contest is ready to welcome Entries. 6. Can I import settings from previous competitions to use in new ones?

   Our platform offers the capability to incorporate templates for Sections, Classes, and Subclasses, significantly expediting the setup process. If you require specific templates tailored to your Competition's needs, please do not hesitate to contact our support team. We are keen to assist and will be happy to add your custom templates to our growing collection.

7. How do I compete in a competition?

   Upon activation of a Contest and with an existing account on our platform, you may effortlessly join the Contest by clicking the "Join Contest" button and await approval from the Contest's Administrators. Following approval, you will receive an email confirmation, enabling you to commence submitting your entry details into the system. Additionally, Administrators have the capability to manually register you or extend invitations via email to participate in the Contest.

8. What information do I need to provide for my entry?

   Assigning Entries is a straightforward process: simply select the desired Section, Class, and Subclass for your Entry and, if desired, include a brief description. Our system will then automatically assign an Entry number in accordance with the Contest rules. We also offer a feature to print labels for your Entries, facilitating easy identification by the Contest's Administrators. Additionally, you have access to a section where you can view all your Entries; this section will also display your results following the completion of judging.

9. What criteria do I use to judge entries?

   The Judging Criteria are established by the Contest Administrators, either as a general set of guidelines applicable to all Entries or as specific criteria tailored to the particularities of each Section. These rules are unique to each Contest and will be made available by the Administrators in the documentation section. For any inquiries about these criteria, please reach out directly to your Contest's Administrators.

10. How do I submit marks for the entries I judge?

    Within the "Show/Add Marking" section, all Entries assigned to you for judging are displayed, allowing you to effortlessly assign a Mark to each Entry under your purview. Additionally, Contest Administrators have the capability to input Marks for Entries, either to expedite the process or as an alternative to Judges recording Marks themselves. Prior to the finalisation of results, Marks can be edited to accommodate any necessary adjustments.

11. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

    On the login page, you'll find a 'Forgot Your Password?' link. By entering your email address through this link, we will dispatch an email to you containing instructions on how to reset your password.
